About Timothy Riso

Timothy Riso is a certified Executive Coach with The Rescue Institute.

He is a graduate of Tufts University with a B.A., has a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University and a Master of Divinity Degree from Gordon Conwell Seminary.

He completed a pastoral care residency at the University of Virginia Health Sciences Center and is a Vangent Organizational Development Affiliate, Certified in Organizational Assessments, the Campbell Leadership Index and the LH Step Evaluation of Potential. He is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Timothy has worked with people making life-changing decisions based on core principles for two decades. He has advised, listened to, planned with and counseled people preparing to make career changes and life changes. He has direct experience the challenges, the traumas and the painful results that come when leadership and management fail due to a failure of ethics and the absence of accountability.

Whether it is a life and death crisis or a decision about changing goals, a family facing illness or a new student choosing a career path, he has worked with individuals and groups as they defined and developed their ethical compasses.

His work is based on his direct observation of this urgent need.
